Information will be available on the web site for tournaments after 5 pm the Thursday before.
The "Tuesday before" deadline is part of Global Sports Twin Creeks' ongoing-efforts to assist teams in playing in the best Girls Youth Fast Pitch tournaments around. In addition, we have implemented online brackets and online lists of teams signed up.

All Youth Fast Pitch Tournaments Include:

  • A, B, C Levels - Youth Tournaments
  • 1st & 2nd Place Team & Individual Awards - All Divisions
  • 3-Game Guarantee (unless otherwise noted) - All Youth Tournaments
  • 10 & U, 12 & U, 14 & U, 16 & U, 18 & U, 18 Gold

ASA RULES, TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES & TWIN CREEKS GENERAL POLICIES for Girls Youth Fast Pitch at Twin Creeks

1. All games will be governed by the A.S.A. Rules and Guidelines, except where modified in these rules.

2. All managers should check in at the booth at the front of the complex, at which time you should be prepared to present a copy of your signed ASA roster and proof of insurance (they must remain in the possession of each team manager). Each team is issued (3) three free non-replaceable coach's passes per day.

3. Game time is forfeit time. No grace period. Teams should be at fields 30 minutes prior to game time.

4. All games will have a 1 hour and 20 minute time limit with the exception of the championship game. Once an inning has started it will be completed. Games ending in a tie in bracket play will use the International tiebreaker. If after completion of seven (7) innings of play or time has expired and the score is tied, the following tiebreaker will be used to determine the winning team. The offensive team will begin its turn at bat with the player who is scheduled to bat ninth placed on second base.

5. The championship game will have a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit

6. Run Rule for all games will be as follows: 12 run rule after 3 complete innings. 7 run rule after 5 complete innings (or 4 * if home team is winning.)

7. Infield practice is allowed prior to the first game only and then as determined by Tournament Director. Teams are not to warm-up on infield until pre-game field preparation has been completed and ground crew has removed all equipment.

8. Home teams will be determined by a coin toss by the umpire prior to each game at the time the line-up cards are submitted. The home team will be responsible for keeping the official scorebook for the game.

9. No protests are allowed.

10. Dugout Conduct: Coaches, players, substitutes, or other bench personnel shall not be outside the designated dugout area except when the rule allows or justified by the umpire. EFFECT: The first offense is a team warning. Any repeat offense shall result in the ejection of that team member.

11. Managers are responsible for the conduct of their respective teams and fans. Any player, coach or fan that conducts themselves in any unsportsmanlike manner on or off the field or causes any incident or action unfavorable to the Tournament may be removed from the complex.

12. Umpires (during games) and/or tournament officials have the responsibility of ejection coaches, players or spectators for abusive language or other acts that are contrary to the objectives of A.S.A. A warning for the first offense MAY be issued at the umpires discretion. The second offense by coaches or players will result in ejection of the (1) head coach, (2) coaching staff and (3) players.

13. If the tournament is delayed, it is the responsibility of each manager to contact the A.S.A. representative or Tournament Director for possible game time and field location changes.

14. Gate Fee: Twin Creeks will charge an entrance fee on each day of the tournament. The fee will vary depending on the event. A token is given which is good towards food and beverage in the restaurant and bar, some video games and batting cages. Children 12 and under are admitted free.

15. Teams are permitted to bring water, Gatorade (in plastic containers) and fruit. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the facility. NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS! Tailgating or picnicking is not permitted on the premises. Pets are not permitted at Twin Creeks Sports Complex. No roller blades, skateboards, scooters or any other toys deemed unsafe or a liability to Twin Creeks Sports Complex will be allowed.
